Frequently asked questions
How do I join an XPrime tournament?
Open the tournament on the schedule, press Register and confirm on FACEIT. Registration is free. Check in on FACEIT before the start time, otherwise your slot is released.
Do I need a FACEIT account?
Yes. All matches are played on FACEIT with the FACEIT anti-cheat. You can create an account for free at faceit.com.
How are prizes paid?
Cash prizes are paid within 7 days after the tournament. In your XPrime account you choose how to receive them: Bybit UID with no transfer fee, a BEP-20 wallet with a $0.15 fee, or a TRC-20 wallet with a $1.30 fee. Check the details carefully: a wrong address or the wrong network means the prize is lost and is not compensated. FACEIT Points are credited automatically by FACEIT.
Is there an entry fee?
No. Every XPrime tournament is free to enter.
Which formats are played?
1v1 aim duels, 2v2 aim, 2v2 Wingman and classic 5v5. Each format has its own map pool, listed on the rules page.
What are FACEIT Points?
FACEIT's in-platform currency. You can spend them in the FACEIT shop on items, skins and subscriptions.
When do tournaments start?
Usually in the evening CEST on weekdays and in the afternoon on weekends. Times on the site are shown in your local time zone.
How do I get the verified badge?
Sign in on the site, link your FACEIT account and connect Discord. The badge appears next to your name and on your public profile.
Where do I get help during a tournament?
