Who we are

XPrime is a Counter-Strike 2 tournament operator. This page explains what data the site processes when you visit it or create an account.

Visiting the site

When you browse the site we record page views with a random visitor identifier, the page address, the referring site and a shortened browser description. We use this to understand which tournaments and pages are popular. IP addresses are used for abuse protection and rate limiting and are stored only in sign-in records.

Creating an account

Sign-in works through Discord or Telegram. We store the identifier, username, display name and avatar that the provider shares with us. We never see or store your Discord or Telegram password.

If you link your FACEIT account we store your FACEIT player id, nickname, country, level, ELO and public match statistics, and use them to show your XPrime tournament history, match history and season leaderboard position. Linking Discord lets us check membership of the XPrime Discord server and assign roles there.

Optional data you can add yourself: a display name, biography, social usernames, an uploaded avatar and payout details used only for prize payouts (Bybit UID or a crypto wallet address). Reviews and comments you publish are shown publicly with your name.

Player profiles are public and show the information above. To remove your account and its data, contact an admin on Discord.

Notifications

With your consent our bots send you tournament reminders, prize notifications and sign-in alerts in Telegram and Discord. You can turn reminders off in your account or with the /notify command in the Telegram bot.

We load Google Tag Manager, which runs our measurement tags, normally Google Analytics. Measurement is on by default. If you press Turn off in the cookie bar, or the button below, the tags switch to a mode where they store nothing on your device and stop measuring. See Google's privacy policy.

If advertising pixels from X or Meta are enabled, they set their own cookies to measure how our ads perform. See X's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy. The site works the same if you block them.

Third parties

Tournaments run on FACEIT under FACEIT's privacy policy. Measurement runs through Google Tag Manager. Sign-in and roles use Discord and Telegram. Country flags are loaded from a public flag image service. The site is delivered through Cloudflare.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, and complain to your local data protection authority.
